Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices Certification (cGMP) by Health Canada

This certification maximizes the safety and efficacy of the natural health products ORGANIKA manufactures and distributes. We are regularly inspected on premises, equipment, sanitation, raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. ORGANIKA was the first health supplement manufacturer in Canada to announce cGMP certification. As a team, every branch of ORGANIKA is committed to the high standards of quality control and quality assurance that cGMP incorporates. Products are only released after all applicable testing has been confirmed.

Organic Certified Facility 

ORGANIKA is proud to offer natural health products manufactured in our Certified Organic Facility. Our facility undergoes testing, detection methods, inspection and audits in order to verify certification. We operate under Canadian Organic Standards to protect the natural health market against false claims and to assist retailers and customers in making informed supplement choices.

ISO 9001 

Organika follows a stringent set of organizational procedures required by the International Organization for Standardization. Certification is recognized worldwide and prescribes a framework that meets the needs and expectations of every customer. We uphold the Eight Quality Management Principles of ISO 9001 Certification, which include customer focus, leadership, continual improvement and mutually beneficial supplier relations.

NPN Licensing

Due to the growing popularity of natural health products, Health Canada reformatted health product evaluation in 2004. Prior to this time, health products were categorized as either a food or a drug. These categories did not provide customers with information sufficient to make an educated product choice. Today, once Health Canada assesses a product and has decided it is safe, effective and of high quality, they issue a product license and an eight-digit Natural Product Number (NPN). As Health Canada is in the process of assessing products, Canadians still have access to the natural health products they are currently using. Organika offers over 500 NPN licensed products.
